The senior minister was speaking to reporters outside the Parliament House after Economic Survey 2014-15 was presented by Finance Minister Arun Jaitley.
"... Hope for better future but at the same time the message is continue reforms, fiscal prudence and do not borrow more than you can chew," Naidu told reporters.
"The Government will keep all this in mind and we will all work together for the better development of the country," he added.
The pre-budget Economic Survey, which was presented today, called for improving business environment by making regulation and taxes less onerous to help push growth to 8.1-8.5 per cent next fiscal, and to double digits in the coming years.
