ED searches Piyali Sen's house at Salt Lake

The Enforcement Directorate today searched the Salt Lake residence of Piyali Sen, wife of Saradha Group chief Sudipta Sen, who is now in custody of the central agency along with Sudipta's son, Subhojit Sen.
"The ED officials have searched the residence of Piyali Sen at Salt Lake to find any incriminating document and lead needed for probing the case under the provisions of Prevention of Money Laundering Act," a senior ED official told PTI.
He said that the directorate would continue with the search at other places where the scam-accused were staying in the interest of investigation.
The official said that the Bidhanagar Police had cooperated with the ED in this matter.

"There is no non-cooperation from the police in this case," the official said.
