The Tibetan leader was speaking on the 50th anniversary of Martin Luther King Jr's historic march and speech.
According to official website of Tibetan Administration, the Lama said: "I always have a dream that within this century the world will truly become a real happy human family.
"In order to achieve that, we need to have a sense of oneness. I think, through education, more realistic and holistic thinking, I have confidence that we can develop a sense of oneness.
"I have a dream" is a public speech delivered by the American civil rights activist on August 28, 1963, in which he called for an end to racism in the United States.
