Kerala Infrastructure and Technology for Education (KITE) has published the guidelines of the reality show, which will also provide an opportunity for schools to highlight their innovativeness on a global platform.
Made by KITE for the Educational Department, Harithavidyalam (green school) would be aired in IT@School VICTERS channel and Doordarshan, a press release here said.
"The sharing of best practices among schools would further strengthen the Public Education Rejuvenation Mission of the state government, aimed at upscaling the educational scenario in the state to newer heights", said Prof C Raveendranath, Minister for Education.
A total of 150 schools will compete in the 1st round after preliminary selections.

The application procedure is completely online, in which schools have to submit either a five minute video or a presentation with maximum 20 slides detailing their unique activities.
The applications have to be submitted online between October 2-16, according to K Anvar Sadath, Vice Chairman and Executive Director, KITE.
The achievements of schools in different areas which encompasses the all-round development of children would be evaluated in three phases.
In addition, as many as 40 parameters such as monthly academic activities, academic monitoring, pedagogical innovations, teacher trainings, best teaching practices, research activities and subject wise excellence will also be monitored.
The school development plans have to be detailed in the second part while the physical infrastructure details have to be entered in the third part.
The Winner of Reality Show would be awarded a prize money of Rs 15 lakh, while the runner up gets Rs 10 lakh and the third price would be Rs five lakh.
In addition to the cash awards, these schools would also get trophy and certificates.
