Spokeswoman Marthe Ozbolt says the tower did not open this morning. She did not give a reason but alluded to the current situation in the city.

Last night it was lit in the red, white and blue of France's tricolor flag. Buildings around the world have shown the colors in a sign of solidarity with France.
