Eight-day ITF Future Tennis Tournament for Men from Sept 17

Top ranking tennis players Sriram Balaji, Prajnesh Gunneswaran, Vijay Sundar Prashant and Vishnu Vardhan will be seen in action at the LMW ITF Future Mens International Tennis Tournament beginning here from Septemberr 17.
A large number of foreign participants are expected to take part in eight-day prestigious tournament, as entries from USA, South Koeran and South Africa, have already been received, a release from Manoj Foundation, the joint organisors, said today.
The qualifying rounds will be played on September 17 and 18 and the main draw from September 19 to 24.
While doubles finals will be played on September 23, the singles finals will be held the next day.
The winners and runners will be awarded 18 and 10 ATP points respectively.
With a total prize money of USD 10,000, men's singles winner will be awarded USD 1,440 and runner-up USD 848 while doubles winner will get USD 620 and runners-up USD 360.
International umpire Abhishek Mukherjee will be chief referee for the event jointly organised by Coimbatore District Tennis Association and Tamil Nadu Tennis Association.
