Eight injured in blast at a bakery in Beijing

Eight people were injured in a gas explosion at a bakery here today, local fire department officials said.
The explosion took place at one Golden Phoenix local bakery on Guangming road, Dongcheng district.
The fire has been put out and two gas tanks containing 50 kg of liquefied gas have been removed from the scene, state run Xinhua news agency reported.
The eight injured have been hospitalised, the reports said.
