Elderly man beaten to death in Muzaffarnagar

A 60-year-old man was allegedly beaten to death by some persons when they had an argument while drinking in Shamli district, police said.
The incident occurred last evening when Virpal was beaten to death by two or three persons who were drinking with him at Lank village, they said.
The body has been sent for postmortem and investigation is underway, they said, adding, no arrests have been made so far.
