Elderly man's mutilated body found in Dadri

The mutilated body of a septuagenarian, who was missing for a week, was found today on the railway tracks in Dadri, police said.
The deceased has been identified as Puri Ram, 72, who used to live with his son at AWHO housing society in Greater Noida.
On October 9, he was supposed to have visited his brother-in-law's farmhouse in Dadri. But his family lodged a missing-person report saying he did not reach there, an official said.
His mutilated body was found near the Dadri railway crossing, the official added.
The body has been sent for post-mortem examination.
