Electrocution incident: UP announces aid of Rs 5 lakh

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav today announced financial aid of Rs five lakh each to next of the kin of the two persons who were electrocuted in Meja area of Allahabad on June 6.
Expressing his heartfelt condolence towards the bereaved family, Yadav ordered to officials to provide an immediate relief of Rs 20,000 to the family members of the victims, an official spokesman said here.
Shree Ram Anugrah Saroj (42) and Chhavi Shankar Kesari (40) were electrocuted, when they came in contact with live wire in Dhigya village on June 6.
