Elephant electrocuted.

A six-year-old elephant was electrocuted today when it came in contact with an electric fencing put up by farmers without permission from authorities, police said.
The farmers put up the electric fencing as the elephant had destroyed their crops in several acres of land.
The body would be buried after conducting postmortem, they said.
