Eleven people arrested after scuffle over unloading

Eleven people were arrested following a scuffle between two factions of a trade union over unloading of cargo from a vessel at Diamond Harbour in South 24 Parganas district today.
Police said trouble began between two groups of INTTUC over unloading of goods.
While one group had the license to unload the goods, the other group did not have it, the police said.
The arrested persons were mainly from the group that did not have the license, the police said.
