smugglers, including three from Bangladesh, and seized 14.9 kgs of ganja last month in Assam.
The border force also apprehended four Bangladeshis for
illegally crossing the border and seized 2378 bottles of Phensdyl in October 2012, a BSF release said here today.
Besides, they seized 771 cattle and other contraband items having an estimated value of Rs 42,69,600.
BSF Guwahati Frontier also seized fake Indian currency with the face value of Rs 44,000 during the period, the release said.
