Warne is currently in Australia hanging out with his three children, while Hurley is in the UK with her son Damian, who recently underwent an emergency surgery for appendicitis.
The cricketer celebrated his 44th birthday last Friday and thanked everyone, from family members, friends and fans on Twitter for their wishes, except Hurley.
"Something to think about, it is not what happens in your life, it is how you react to what life throws at you, in both the good and bad times," the 44-year-old tweeted.
Hurley, who was previously married to Indian businessman Arun Nayar, had also posted an unusual tweet, saying, "The more I know of man, the more I love my dog."
Warne and Hurley have split briefly once before in 2011 before reconciling. The couple got engaged the same year.
