The 18-year-old star said she still remembers the piece of guidance Kidman gave her long back, reported Femalefirst.
"Nicole Kidman told me, 'Find your tribe and they'll always be behind you.' I like that'," Fanning said.
Fanning, who has never worked with Kidman before, is set to star alongside the "Lion" star in two films, including "How to Talk to Girls at Parties" and "The Beguiled", this year.
