Actress Emmy Rossum has joined Liam Neeson in the Hollywood remake of hit Nowegian thriller "In Order of Disappearance."
The "Taken" star, 64, will step into Stellan Skarsgard's role in the 2014 original, which followed a mild-mannered snow plow driver seeking vengeance on his son's drug dealing killers, inadvertently sparking a turf war between local gangs, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Director Hans Petter Molland is returning to take charge of the English-language revamp, which will be set in Colorado, along the Rocky Mountains, and he has now cast "Shameless" star Emmy to feature alongside Neeson.
"Once Upon a Time in America" tough guy William Forsythe has also signed on for the project.
The reboot will be renamed "Hard Powder", and will be written by Frank Baldwin.
