Andhra Pradesh Non-Gazetted Officer's Association (APNGO) here demanded from the state government to announce pay revision immediately at the earliest and urged to hold talks with them.
Addressing the general body of district government employee, Krishna district president of the body, A Vidyasagar said the resentment among employees over delay in pay revision announcement by the government is growing.
It is unfortunate on the part of state government that it has not yet held any meeting with APNGOs association to discuss on the issue, he said, adding that pay revision is pending since July, 2013, but employees have been waiting, in anticipation of positive response from the government.
He also demanded that the government fulfil its assembly resolution on conversion of leave during the strike period (which took place during opposing bifurcation of the state) as 'special leave period'.
