About child lifting rumours, Khan said the commission suggested that necessary steps in this regard be taken to check spread of such canard as well as recurrence of such heinous crime.
Khan, however, refused to comment when asked whether the commission was satisfied with the police action in regard to the Rajnagar lynching, where four members of the minority community were killed on child lifting suspicion, as well as the actual reason behind the incident.
