Ensure utilisation of funds for people's welfare: Raje to

Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje today called upon district collectors to ensure public funds are utilised for welfare of people.
The state government is running many ambitious schemes for the welfare of all sections of the society including the poor, backward, villagers, women and youth and public funds are being spent on these so their is a need to ensure that every single penny is utilised in public interest, she said.
Raje said this while addressing the second day of the Collectors-SPs conference here.
She reviewed the state's urban development schemes and directed the officials to ensure that implemented in toto.
Apart from infrastructure projects, she directed collectors to inspect hostels.
Raje said quality seed should be provided to farmers and directed officials to analyse their seed and fertilisers requirements.
