Ering urges Tuki to extend land lease period of Agri College

Lok Sabha MP from Arunachal East constituency Ninong Ering today urged upon Chief Minister Nabam Tuki and state Agriculture minister Chowna Mein for waiver of land revenue and extension of lease period for the Agriculture College at Pasighat in East Siang district.
Mein told him that the matter had already been taken up from his end in April, a press release said.
The minister said he had informed the state legislative Assembly in March last that the matter was under consideration of the state government.
"The Chief Minister has also assured me that the matter will be considered and resolved very soon," the release quoting Ering, said.
