Eunuch arrested for cutting off youth's genitals

A eunuch was arrested today for allegedly cutting off a 17-year-old youth's genitals after intoxicating him in Jolla village, police said.
Sharda and her accomplice brought the youth to their house on Saturday and cut off his genitals after offering him a spiked drink, police said.
The victim's brother lodged a case against Sharda and her accomplice at Budhana police station yesterday.
The second accused is yet to be arrested, they added.
