The 38-year-old actress eliminated meat dishes from her menu several years ago and predominately eats fish now. She also drinks three litres of water every day to stay hydrated, reported Contactmusic.
"I eat a lot of fish. I haven't eaten any meat at all for several years now and I've noticed that my skin looks a lot better and much healthier," said Mendes.
The "Ghost Rider" star is not only careful about what she eats, but is also conscious about being environment friendly.
"Taking a five minute shower always helps the environment. Plus it's a great way to make sure I'm out of the house sooner therefore always running on time," Mendes added. PTI CORR JCH
