"He is recovering well and dialysis is not required now. This morning, we had removed ventilator support for sometime but since his body was too weak to handle it, we have brought him back to ventilator support," said KIMS Hospitals MD & CEO Dr Bollineni Bhaskar Rao in a health bulletin.
Rao said tracheotomy surgical procedure has been done to help Dasari breathing better. "Dasari is expected to recover well in three to four days time," he said.
His health is being constantly monitored by a team of experts, and everything that is required to ensure his speedy recovery will be done, the bulletin said.
