Fadnavis approves 9 water supply schemes in parts of Maha

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis today approved nine water supply schemes, two sewage treatment plants and an overbridge for different districts of the state.
The places for which the CM approved these nine water supply schemes are: Bhiwandi-Nijampur (Rs 205.52 crore), Nanded-Waghala (Rs 24.12 crore), Parbhani (Rs 102.94 crore), Beed (Rs 114.19 crore), Shirdi (Rs 36.65 crore), Lonavala (Rs 33.48 crore), Ahmedpur (Rs 44.52 crore), Chikhaldara (Rs3.81 crore) and Dondaicha Varwade (Rs 20.91 crore), a statement issued by the CM Office said.
The two sewage treatment plants approved are Kalyan-Dombivali (Rs 153.38 crore) and Kolhapur (Rs 72.47 crore).
The overbridge approved by the CM, will be constructed in Malegaon Municipal Corporation limits, which will cost Rs 21.72 crore, the statement added.
