He will call on Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and meet other senior ministers on September 29, the Indian High Commission said in a statement here.
Fadnavis will also meet Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for Economic and Social Policies Tharman Shanmugaratnam, it said.
The Indian mission will host an Investment Roundtable for the chief minister with leading Singapore-based companies and financial institutions on September 28.
The next day, Fadnavis will co-chair a Business Roundtable with Singapore Trade and Industry Minister S Iswaran and visit Minister of Trade and Industry.
The double-storey terminal will feature start-to-end self-service systems, allowing travellers to check in, deposit their baggage and even go through immigration via automated systems.
Fadnavis will address a public lecture 'Infrastructure- led Growth: Maharashtra India's Engine of Development', to be organised by Institute of South Asian Studies (ISAS) with the Indian High Commission and Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) on September 28.
