Titled 'Nuitsauge', which means a wild take on vintage, the display by the couple showed their aspirations for an ahead-in-times bride of India. Replacing the traditional cholis by jerseys and styling dupattas as capes, the collection moved away from the typical Indian bridal look to make space for western elements.
"We feel everyone wants to do things with a twist and being original is what every bride aspires to be. And we wanted to give them some sort of inspiration that it is not necessary to wear dupattas in typical manner or cholis," the duo told reporters after the show.

"Women have come and told us that they want the digital print outfits rather than clothes with embellishments," he said, adding that he always tries to add a flavor of rock-and-roll to his clothes.
"I think these subtle colours are fabulous because when you want to show your jewellery then these shades work perfectly. It is lovely to experiment with these shades," the designer said.
