Das announced this at the 20 Point Programme Execution Committee meeting held here.
He said the 20 point state level committee will be a "commitment of committee" and that his government's objective is good governance, development and responsible administration, according to an official release.
Giving importance to the 20 point committee, Das said betterment of the society and state is being done with the views and feedback of everyone, and the poorest of the poor should get the benefits of schemes, education, health and electricity in every village.
The chief minister directed the labour department to set up a task force and make surprise visits to ascertain whether the labour force was getting minimum wages.

Stating that 2017 is the year for appointments and 50,000 recruitments have already been made, he said efforts were on to make the youth skilled and enable them with employment.
Das said Jharkhand is famous for silk and there is potential in employment in the textile industry.
