Farmer kills three members of family, shoots self

In a bizzare incident, a farmer allegedly shot dead three members of his family and later killed himself in his house at Khanda village in the district today, police said.
Superintendent of Police Abhishek Garg said Ramphal (40) shot at his wife (36) and their six-year-old son and 13-year-old daughter with a gun. He later killed himself.
The suicide note found from the spot mentioned that the farmer took the extreme step due to "financial issues", the SP said.
Police said a case has been registered and investigations are in progress.
