Farmers protest demanding setting up of CMB

Hundreds of farmers of the delta districts, including Thanjavur,Nagapattinam and Tiruvarur, today observed a fast here.
Police said they were demanding setting up of the Cauvery Management Board.
Various speakers, who addressed the gathering, said if CMB was not set up, the state would be affected badly.
