Farmers from various parts of the state visited the chief minister's residence and expressed thanks saying lakhs of farmers of the state have got a major relief with the decision of the state government taken on Saturday.
One of the excited farmers, Kailash Chaudhary, offered his turban to the Chief Minister, who said it was the government's responsibility to take care of the farmers.
The farmers expressed their sentiments also by performing folk dance and playing traditional musical instruments at her residence.
