Fatehpur district magistrate suspended

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav today suspended Fatehpur District Magistrate for dereliction of duty.
Rakesh Kumar was suspended after the chief minister, during his Fathepur visit yesterday, came across a complaint regarding illegal mining and over loading, an official release said here.
During suspension the district magistrate would remain attached to the Revenue Board.
The chef minister had yesterday suspended the divisional commissioner of Allahabad on charges of laxity.
