FedEx named official logistics partner of IPTL

FedEx Express, world's largest express transportation company, has been named as the official logistics partner of the Coca-Cola International Premier Tennis League (IPTL).
The Coca-Cola IPTL presented by Qatar Airways is a professional team tennis competition founded by multiple grand-slam winner, Mahesh Bhupathi of India, featuring the best current and past champions and played across four countries in Asia.
The league will be held at Manila, Singapore, New Delhi and Dubai between November 28 and December 13.
The Coca-Cola IPTL will showcase iconic tennis players like Roger Federer, Andy Murray, Novak Djokovic in these countries.
The league is expected to reach over 125 countries and 300 million households internationally and will be broadcasted in the US, Brazil, Europe, South-East Asia, the Middle East and Sub-Saharan Africa.
"We are delighted to participate in the newest spectacle featuring a team based professional tennis league. In the past, FedEx has successfully leveraged sports marketing to connect with customers. IPTL provides an additional platform to communicate with customers in addition to sharing the FedEx brand characteristics of speed and precision," said Raj Subramaniam, Executive Vice President of Marketing and Communications at FedEx Services.
FedEx has a history of tennis sponsorship and currently sponsors Roland-Garros in France and the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) across 13 countries.
