Bracketing all genre films as the same so gar giving expressions before the camera is concerned, Tollywood heroin Subhosree says her character as female boxer in Jeet-starrer Game encounters real life punching experiences at the ring.
Subhosree, who affirms having been inspired by boxing champion Mary Kom, recalls to PTI, "In the one particular scene where I trade blows with an opponent I had blood oozing out of nose. Now you may call Game a mainstream film but that blood is real."
"You cannot fake scenes and expressions before camera, in whatever genre you may slot the film," she says.
Subhasree, who points out how girls have to always pass the fire test in each and every step of their lives, says the female boxer can be termed as one receiving blows at the outset in the ring of life.
"Who has not been inspired by her! And yes my styler Sandy, while giving inputs about my dress and gait, shared the experience to work with Mary Kom in three commercials," the Ami Sudhu Cheyechhi Tomay actor said.
On her wrapped up shooting for Anjan Dutta's 'Sesh Bole Kichhu Nei' Subhosree said, "May be the audience profile will be different in Gamje, Boss or Anjanda's film but my commitment will be the same. You have to deliver the scenes everywhere and gone are the days when mainstream movies would always get the larger than life tag Alkl these films are portraying today's women - in one shade or other."
"Now all genres have to be commercially realistic."
