The accused has been arrested, the official said.
Diksha Makawana, a resident of Puja Park area and a second year commerce student of P D Malaviya College, was stabbed to death by Raju Makawana, the police official said.
"The incident took place this morning when Diksha was in the college for her final exam. Raju waited for her in the college compound, rushed towards her and stabbed her with a sharp-edged object," Malaviya Nagar police inspector M R Godhaniya, who is investigating the case, said.
