The cabinet also approved Rajasthan Heritage Conversion Bill 2014 and Rajasthan Apartment Ownership Bill 2014 and will be tabled in the budget session of the Assembly beginning February 25.
Parliamentary Affairs Minister Rajendra Rathore told reporters that the Cabinet decided to increase financial assistance to rape victims from Rs 2 lakh to Rs 5 lakh, and from Rs 1 lakh to Rs 5 lakh for victims under POCSO Act while acid attack victims will now get assistance of Rs 3 lakh instead of the earlier Rs 1 lakh within 15 days.
A state level approval committee headed by Chief Secretary will also be set up to expedite works related with Special Economic Zones.
The cabinet gave approval to two bills which will be tabled in the Assembly session.

A State Heritage Council chaired by the Chief Minister will be set up under the Rajasthan Heritage Conservation Bill 2014 which will take decision for declaring heritage properties, Rathore said.
The minister also informed that the government will give benefit of pension to those ex-servicemen who have joined state services.
In place of Mandi Act, a user charge will be imposed on fruits and vegetables which are sold in 'mandis' (vegetable markets) and no such (user) charge will be charged for fruits and vegetables sale outside the mandi, the minister said.
Rathore also informed that the government will convert 5,000 Fair Price Shops into Annapurna Bhandar in the state to provide people quality food and products approved by the state government.
Renaming of Gangauri hospital, Jaipur, as Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay hospital, written test and interview for the appointment of Assistant Public Prosecutor, promotion of Head Masters, creation of a separate cadre of Senior Teacher (Special Education) were among other decisions taken by the cabinet.
