Financial assistance provided to NGOs

Welfare Minister P Rajavelu today handed over financial assistance to around 25 voluntary organisations and homes for orphan children.
He distributed a total grant of Rs 2.89 crore available from the Centre under Integrated Child Protection Scheme.
There are 43 organisations running the Rehabilitation Homes for the orphan children.
