The tie-up will help those customers who do not have access to internet connection. They can book travel tickets online by going to Fino Money, the retail outlet of Fino PayTech or through a Fino authorised agent, a company press release said.
Majority of Fino Money, which is the retail platform of Fino PayTech, come from the hinterlands such as UP, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha who either take the help of agents or stand in long queues to book their tickets.
The customers will also have access to information on pricing, availability and booking facility for ticket services, hotel bookings and holiday packages.
"We are pleased to partner with Yatra as it is in sync with our strategy of providing right product offerings through Fino Money. This strategic tie-up is a step in the direction to establish Fino Money as a dominant player in retail business," Fino PayTech vice president (product and strategy) Shailesh Pandey said.
The services of Yatra will be made available to Fino Money customers across 60,000 urban and rural areas in 14 states through a network of 10,000 points, including 400 company owned outlets.
