Fire at foam factory in Noida

A major fire broke out today in a foam factory at Ecotech 1 area here in which goods worth lakhs of rupees were charred.
Fire Station Officer Gyan Prakash Sharma said eight fire engines were pressed into service and the fire was doused after three hours.
"Fire incident took place at 8 am at foam manufacturing company E 6 site, 5 industrial area," he said.
Foam based goods and other materials at the factory were destroyed in the fire.
