The minor fire broke out in 'spring shop No 15' in the ICF campus this evening, they said, adding since there was a power failure, fire extinguishers could not control it.
They said foam was used to control the fire.
Meanwhile, a committee has been set up to go into the cause of fire, ICF General Manager Abhay K Khanna said.
