Fire in Nashik transport office destroys old records

A fire broke in Regional Transport Office (RTO) here, destroying old records and important documents, Fire Brigade Control Room said.
The blaze started at around 7.10 am and was brought under control after two-and-a-half hours. However, by that time, several old records and important documents were reduced to ashes, he said.
Cause of the fire was not yet known, he added.
