"Fifteen fire tenders had been rushed to the spot and the cause of fire is not yet known. Fire was reported at about 12.45 pm," fire department control room officials said.
Fire department officials are taking extra caution to contain the fire from spreading to other floors.
There had been no report of any injury, officials said.
