Five criminals were arrested today with weapons from a village in Bihar's Rohtas district, a police officer said.
Acting on a tip off, a police team raided Baliha village and arrested five criminals with three pistols, three ammunition, six mobile phones and two motorcycles while they had gathered near a mobile tower to hatch a dacoity plan, the Superintendent of Police (SP) Vikas Burman said.
All the criminals were wanted in a number of cases in the district, he said, adding they have been remanded to jail.
