Five persons were killed today and two others injured when a truck overturned on an autorickshaw in Lalganj area, police said here.
The incident took place this afternoon when the truck, in its attempt to save two motorcyclists, overturned on an auto in Khiarahi village, they said.
The deceased, who were travelling in the auto, have been identified as Ramjatan (35), Ramjeet (30), Chottelal (40), Bhailal (30) and Anil (18), police said.
As per the notification, for petrol fuel "the aromatics
content (maximum) shall be permitted up to 40 per cent in North Eastern States till April 1, 2023" as against 35 per cent in other parts of the country by 2020, SIAM said.
Likewise, for diesel "the cetane number (minimum) shall be permitted up to 48 per cent in the North Eastern States till April 1, 2023" while in the rest of India it is 51 by 2020.

Cetane number is a measure of ignition quality of diesel fuel with higher the number, the easier it is to start a standard diesel engine.
SIAM said while the implementation of BS VI emission norms has been advanced to 2020 for the auto industry, the same urgency has not been applied in the case of fuel.
"Auto industry is being asked to meet full Euro 6 vehicle emission norms by 2020 using fuel which will be of far lower standards and quality as compared to the regular Euro 6 fuel available in Europe," Mathur said.
Moreover, as Real Driving Emissions will now be also tested, the vehicles will have to meet the European performance standards using downgraded fuels of BS II vintage, except for the lower sulphur content of 10PPM, he added.
"The diluted fuel specifications would lead to higher deposits and affect the particulate filters and catalysts efficiency leading to higher emissions," he said.
