Five vehicles and property worth Rs 5 lakh damaged in fire

At least five vehicles and property estimated to be worth Rs five lakh was damaged in a devastating fire that broke inside a workshop alongside the Nagaland Civil Secretariat road here today, Fire and Emergency Services department sources said.
Though the actual cause of the fire could not be ascertained, two Bolero, two Scorpio and a Mahendra Pick Up vehicles were destroyed in the fire, the sources said.
Mechanical properties worth Rs five lakh was also razed to ashes, sources said, adding that no human casualty has been reported in the incident.
