Heavy rains started last month and are still continuing in different parts of the country.
According to National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), 77 people were killed in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province, 32 in Punjab, 22 in Pakistan-controlled Kashmir, 13 in Balochistan and seven in Gilgit-Baltistan.
Another 101 were injured due to rain and flood related accidents.
Also, at least 4,517 houses have been damaged.
Army and civilian agencies have so far shifted more than 800,000 people to safer places.
Monsoon rains usually start in Pakistan in mid-July and continue until the end of August.
The monsoon last year killed nearly 400 and inundated thousands of acres of farmland.
