Footwear making unit gutted in fire

A footwear manufacturing factory located in industrial area on Sanwar Road near here was gutted in fire today, an official said.
Though nobody was injured in the blaze at Pooja rubber factory, goods worth lakhs of rupees were destroyed, he said.
The fire was finally brought under control after six hours.
The cause of mishap is not known yet.
