The NBW was pending against 47-year-old Abdul Basith, who was involved in a case of making fake certificates for intermediate, nursing and other related courses, police said.
Subsequently, a case was registered by CID against Basith on charges of 468 (forgery for purpose of cheating) and 471 (using as genuine a forged document or electronic record) and for cheating of IPC.
"These certificates were submitted to appointing authority for getting jobs. During inquiry it was found that they were fake," said a release by Telangana CID.
However, Basith jumped the bail in 1997 and since then the NBW was pending against him.
