The single bench of Justice R R Prasad rejected the petition of the minister's wife Madhu Singh and her nephew Abhishek Singh.
The petitioners, who are co-accused in the case, urged the court to dissociate them as they were unaware of the assets.
The CBI has submitted that the two had allegedly invested the money in fake companies.
Singh, against whom the court had on September 25 framed charges in connection with DA case, is on bail.
