Former Railway Board chairman M N Prasad passes away

M N Prasad, former Chairman of the Indian Railway Board, passed away at Kollam today, family sources said.
Prasad (81) had served as Railway Board chairman during 1989-90. Before that he had served as a member on the board.
An IAS officer of Bihar cadre, Prasad had held several senior positions before his retirement as Railway Board chairman
He is survived by a son and two daughters.
