However, another accused P Jagannadham is still at large according to DCP (Law and Order, Zone-I) C M Trivikrama Varma told PTI.
He said that the accused P Sanjay encroached 388 square yards of land purchased by Sudhakar, Giri and Uma Maheswara Rao in 2010 under survey number 49/1-4, 6-8 and 27/4-8 respectively.
Allegedly, Sanjay also damaged a borewell and compound wall on the land, he said.
After Subbaraju's complaint, the police found that the accused had encroached the land, he said.
He said that Siva is a rowdy (history) sheeter, while his father Jagannadham who has a criminal record, absconded after the three were arrested.
The police has begun a manhunt for Jagannadham, he said.
